Spacious Setup/Perfect Student Rental

Each of our duplex halves include 3 private bedrooms with a kitchen and community room area, laundry area with Washer and Dryer provided, 2 separate restrooms, 1 separate shower and a enclosed backyard. Lawn Maintenance and Refrigerator included.  Internet Wi-Fi is included.  2 reserved parking spots with additional parking available.  Each student has his own custom key for his private bedroom to provide security and peace of mind.  Very quiet neighborhood with the neighbors also being SFA students.

Lease Term

Flexible lease term options.  Month-to-month, 6 month, 12 terms available.

Confirming Your Reserving

To reserve your room, first request to apply using the links below.

Prior to Move-In

Students and/or parent co-signers will formally sign the lease, either electronically or in-person, prior to your scheduled move-in date.

Property Management

Our units are managed by Sowers Contract Management LLC.  Upon submitting your Reservation Request and within 3-5 days, you will receive an email from Sowers Contract Management LLC welcoming you to the family and providing you with more steps forward and instructions for move-in or viewing the property.  

Property Viewing

Each of our units are identical.  Please see the attached detailed pictures.  

*The attached pictures do not show the physical washer and dryer unit. A washer and dryer will be provided for each duplex.
