Application Process: 

Application: To begin, please complete the online application. All adults over 18 years old must submit an application, which includes a background check.  

Verification of Income: The monthly rent for this unit is $1,200, payable on the 1st of each month. We require proof of income, which can be submitted in the form of your three most recent pay stubs or bank statements that cover the rental amount.  

Selection for Tenancy: Once the application and income verification are completed, you will be notified of the outcome regarding your tenancy.  Lease Agreement and 

Security Deposit: If selected, all tenants listed on the lease will need to sign the lease agreement and submit a security deposit of $1,200.  

Possession of Property: Once the lease is signed and the security deposit and first month's rent are received, we will provide you with the keys to the property.
